CELL C DONT CARE

My phone go ****** and I go to cell.c and report it in order to blacklist my phone and the sim card. They then want me to remember 5 numbers that I dialed and how much and when I last recharged. I have just been through a dramatic experience and they still want me to remember all of this. I mean I am there in the Cell c store in cresta in person with my ID and my proof of residence and still they can’t help me because I don’t remember my last five numbers I dialed and the last time I recharged and how much for. I mean if I was at a BANK they would have me with my ID and Proof of residence but cell.c cant. I now cannot claim from my insurance because cell c does not want to black list my phone or sim card and therefore cannot give me a ITC blacklist number. I cannot get a case number firstly because I need that ITC blacklist number. You guys do not CARE about your customers all yourll want is our MONEY but when we need something we cannot get it. Who in this day and age remembers the numbers they have dialed when I had the numbers saved in my phone I did not need to remember them and who keeps track of when and how much they recharge for even the BANKS Dont ask such questions when your ID and proof of residence is presented to them. SO NOW HOW DO I GET THE ITC BLACKLIST NUMBER AND HOW DO I CLAIM FORM Y INSURANCE????????????????????? i WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CELL C MY WHOLE FAMILY USES CELL C AND WE WILL ALL MOVE TO ANOTHER NETWORK PROVIDER AND I WILL TELL ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN HOW **** CELL C IS.
