CELL C don't REALLY respond

<p>I've logged a number of complaints about CELL C ....</p> <p> </p> <p>and EVERY TIME, the ONLY thing that CELL C do ... is say:</p> <p> </p> <p>"sorry, we'll have somebody call you to sort it out".</p> <p> </p> <p>But the truth is, NONE of my complaints have been resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Saying you're 'sorry' does not resolve the problem. ... nor does it help me.</p> <p>Having somebody call me also does not resolve the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>CELL C has never DONE anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>So this becomes a farce !</p>
