Cell C don't honour marketing promises

<p>Cell C have these 'data-extenda' bundles, which you buy and if you don't use all the data, you have the option to buy another and get the unused data back, as well.They are constantly sending customers SMSs to get them to buy these bundles.</p> <p>So, I bought a 20GB bundle for R1000 and used very little of it.</p> <p>Then, as I was prompted by one of those promotional SMSs from Cell C, I bought another 5GB, so I could get the unused portion of my 20GB bundle. But Cell C didn't give me back that data!</p> <p>... and when I call Customer Service, I just get told that it 'expired' ... and the customer service rep doesn't seem to know (or acknowledge) that I'm supposed to get the unused portion of the 20GB data, and so refuses to help me ... or even to log a complaint!</p> <p>Seems Cell C, is (as usual) luring customers into buying these bundles, but refusing to honour their marketing promises ... or they say things without the details to fool customers into thinking they will get something, but they actually don't.</p>
