Cell C - don't fall for the inspiring adverts

<p>I am very dissapointed in the service levels of Cell C who have twice delivered the wrong coloured phone. Trying to recitfy the problem is a futile exercise as you merely get transferred from one department to another with no one willing to take the initiative and solve the problem. Promises are made and not kept. Phone calls are never returned. I have wasted many hours trying to resolve this issue to no avail. I am now forced to accept the wrong colour phone and terrible service as my teenage daughter is going overseas and I desparately need her to have a phone so I can contact her. Your adverts are inspiring but you need to backup it up where it matters with customer service. Not cool Cell C.</p>
