Cell c doing me in after being payed

Kindly be advised that the payments reversed for July and August they both reversed due to insufficient funds and on the bank statement its also showing payments rejected. The account is currently in arrears with R1,198.00 for two months.

Can you believe they keep sending me this msg after they have been payed an eft into their account on the 17th of july andd still want to do a double debit order i get blocked from managers emails support on whats app. I hope i show people the tipe of provider im struggling with. They must just try andd turn my internet off im going to do an eft now into their account of 599 that i owe and then next month i owe them 1700 just watch this now. I just need to cancel this because not one person at cell c can sort this out not even a supervisor because he blocks me aswell

Now cellc second manager ignores all my msgs no one does anything that my account is payed. They have my proof of payment keeps saying im behind on july. Now i pay this month cash and they will say im behind as well a bunch of ****** thats what cell c is

I must rather take further steps and action against cell c im fed up with this. How can you not sort a damn debit order out and read a damn bank statement really. Where are we going that people cant sort accounts out and read bank statements but are in the position for those jobs and managers doesn't do anything just block your emails and ignore your whats apps and everything really this is whats happening in work places.
They will try and rob every cent they can even when you show proof that you payed them
