Cell c- doing *****ed business, and not addressing customers with problems and customer care doesn't provide a platform for jon- cell c people to sort out issues

Cell C has 6 contracts on my mom's (70 year old pensioner) name valued to R2000 per month. We have gone into cell c and asked them where the contracts and simcards are but they refused to furnish us with contracts that are signed for or delivery of said cards that are signed for and they couldn't supply it. The usage of all those accounts are zero usage, the reason being she never received any simcards. They couldn't tell us how these contracts were issued and whether they have done affordability on her before issuing contracts. For 18 months my mom paid R2000 per month and have nothing to show for it. I encouraged my mom to reverse debit orders until this issue is resolved. They obviously blocked her usage on one simcard that was actually signed for. Quick to punish the affect but not solve the cause. Now they phone me , God knows where they got my number and they refuse to disclose this and referred me to their customer care division. I tried to make contact with them but cannot access their customer care department since my number shows that I am not a cell c customer. Surely some POPI act has been breached and the big guys are steamrolling our smaller guys and are left for dead with no leg to stand on and no law that prohibit them from doing what they are doing. This is theft and ******ion in my books.
