CELL C DOESNT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY

Cell C doesn't want to refund my money, I've been writing here but they do not take my query seriously. It's been 2 weeks waiting for Cell C to refund my money. it's reflecting on their system that they owe me but it's difficult for them to pay me. I called them today wanting feedback and the consultant told me that my case was invalid and he dropped my call. how is it invalid where it's showing on their system that they owe me? I paid via easypay using my reference number but they decided to debit my account same money that I already paid instead of the current amount that I was supposed to pay for May. their telling me that they need proof of payment and I've informed them that I misplaced it and why would you want a proof of payment while the money is reflecting on their system. looks like you want me to take legal action for you to pay my R1400 back. I want my money back.
