Cell C Doesn't want to help with sim swap
We went to Cell C to get a sim swap done for my Dad. First time in the store they told us we must phone customer care to get a sim swap done. We did phone customer care and they told us we must go to a branch because they are not allowed to do a sim swap over the phone. We went back to the Cell C store in Bethlhem. With all the papers, documents and ID of my Dad and ask again for a sim swap this time they told us that my Dad's id number is registered as a company and not an Id number on the cellphone number. Now they don't want to assist us in getting it solved so that my Dad can do a sim swap. And that happens with my Mom as well. We are always getting poor service from cell c. It is if no one want to help you with anything.
