CELL C DOESN'T WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACTS.
I had a contract with Cell C which expired on the 17 of October 2025, first week of August I sent them a notice to cancel my contract, they responded by saying I need to send a notice on the 17th of September 2025 which I did. They cancel my contract and they debited the last debit on the 31st of November 2025. To my suprise when I check my credit score boom there is a miss payment from Cell C. I never missed any payment from Cell C. Cell does not want to cancel contracts.
