Cell C doesn't really deserve a whole star.

Cell C's network in the Oakdene/Linmeyer area has been out of order for the past 20 hours.

Calling their CS Dept was futile, so I got in touch with their nearest store, only to be told that I'd have to go to the outlet to lodge a complaint.

If I didn't have a Vodacom phone, I'd not have been able to submit this review.
