Cell C doesn't listen and continues despite case opened at the Information Regulator.

Even though I have opened a case against Cell C with the Information Regulator, the sales department continues to call me and force contracts on me. The ******* credit enquiry is still on my name and hasn't been remived as promised by the one manager who called me for the last incident. This time the consultant Mohammed had the nerve to hang up while I was still telling him why I'm not interested. Then when I called back, I got through to Ramaan, who was kind enough to listen and get team leader Kelvin to speak to me. I explained the whole situation to Kelvin and he tells me that the first consultant who called me today will need to be traced as Cell C sub contracts to sales call centers. This incident will be used as evidence in my case that Cell C doesn't listen and is still getting up to tricks here. Absolutely nonsense going on there.
