CELL C DOESN'T KNOW HOW THERE SYSTEMS WORK
I paid my Cell C account using the feature on the website, the website uses PAYFAST as a provider and used my credit card to pay the account.
To my dismay, CELL C collections has no record of this payment and is not willing to go and check there own systems in order to find this payment.
I find there service pathetic and the agents extremely ***********, how are your systems not linked, why offer a particular service if it doesn't work. Now my line has been cut, you have my money and want to do nothing about it.
You people are pathetic.
