Cell C doesn't have customer service at all- almost a month no help

I have had a contract with CellC for years and on the 18th of September 2021 they deleted my number and cancelled the contract without any warning or calls. The reason for the cancellation is because my contract was behind on payments by 3 months. I called them and told them that I have been paying and my contract is actually paid ahead by at least 2 months. After a consultant checked by the Name, Moses Mofekeng (***) checked he found the money has been going to an account that cellC deactivated. After this admin error, they said they will move the funds from the account to my deleted account and reactivated my sim card. I went and bought a sim card sent them the Rica serial number and it has been weeks and I'm still waiting for them to reactivate my number. This is a business number and we are losing business every day because of this administration error that is taking them weeks to fix and they seem not to care about solving the issue they have created.
