Cell C doesn't do refunds
As my saga with Cell C continues, I tried to apply for a month to month contract which is a contract that doesn't need credit checks as the money comes directly from your bank account and was told I need to pay R311.45. I paid this amount and got a confirmation sms as well as an email confirmation.
I was then told that due to me being under debt review, my application has been turned down. Again ************** from Cell C but I am used to that now.
My issue is that when it came to me getting my refund, the sms and email sent from Cell C wasn't proof enough of the transaction, I had to give a screenshot of my bank statement.
I did this and after much argument, I was told that they will process my refund.
It is now 10 days later and I am still waiting for my money.
How pathetic is this company??????
How much longer must I wait for my money which they had no hesitation in taking immediately??

It is the month to month contracts that doesn't require credit checks and advertised as anyone can apply even if you blacklisted or under debt review.
If that isn't true, you should tell clients that it is subject to credit checks and not lie about it.
I have not received anything regarding my refund as the manager at the CellC branch in Vangate Mall is supposedly dealing with it.
Her name is Crystal
