Cell C Doesn't deserve a star

So cell c supposed to debit my acc on the 25th but they'll debit on their random days after the 25th, and for some reason this month debit order didn't go through i called on the 26th to advise on this and i was assured that it has been resubmitted and will go off on the 28th latest 29th today i received some sms stating i haven't paid my acc, and i called spoke to Masisipho who sent me this long ref *** and refused to give me the supervisor name apparently they not allowed and the dude was not available to take my call either what frustrates me is i was told that there is no option to resubmit debit order and it hasn't been available, so on the 26th i was told it has been submitted today I'm told something different i am not going to stand on some queu or do an EFT, if ya'll don't debit the account is your fault not mine. And the manager without a name never called back what a WoW service 🙄 excellent 👏
