Cell C doesn't care for the community nor environment

The generator for Cell C's transmitter on William Nicol in Bryanston has been running for about 2 weeks now. It is EXTREMELY noisy for the residents in the area.

I have complained on Twitter several times and keep getting told a technician will be sent out, but to no avail. Never mind the awful noise, the air pollution from all the diesel is obviously causing havoc on the environment.

The quiet holiday season was a NOISY season for residents in the area. Cell C just doesn't give a damn, it seems. They all went on holiday or live in their undisturbed neighbourhoods and obviously hold a grudge against Bryanston residents.

I am just SO glad that I don't have a contract with Cell C and that I convinced 2 friends to move to other networks!

My rating is not 1 star, it is completely negative!

I've heard that before, so I won't hold my breath. Member on the Bryanston group on Facebook would like a phone number and email address to lay their complaints. It seems to be impossible to communicate with your so-called communications company. Your call centre (that has very few humans in it) isn't authorised to give any email addresses or phone numbers of people that could possibly assist.
