CELL C DOESNT CARE

After a lifetime loyalty and commitment to Cell C, maybe I need to accept that they will never assist me. After trying multiply times to do a sim swop for my over 30years a number I have used since I had my first cellphone I lost it during my Grannies funeral now I have to suffer so much. I visited Galleria Mall Cell C and I was told to call the call centre as no information appeared for my number which I had Rica-ed and have been using for years for personal and business affairs. Having called cell c over 40 times trying to get my numberback from rude and unhelpful call centre agents... I AM SO HURT AND DISAPPOINTED one si going through alot during this pandemic now having to loose so many clients who are unable to get hold of me becaunse Cell c isnt helping me sim swop... My family has to suffer now as I cant provide for my family even my SASSA Grants are stuck on this number wo withdarw my money, I cant paid and feed my family (business and grants). My watsap is stuck on this number even my study material form PAX i cant collect as this number has the pin sent.

I answer all questions from my last recharge os R20 aitime bought via my Capitec App on the 10 September 2020, to my balance question os R45.80 and data then shocked to being told faild.... for what and my lifetime loyalty doesnt count to sticking by the network on its bad and good days. I truly loved this network thats why my whole family uses it but I am disgusted and hurt by the treatment one is getting. CELL C DOESNT CARE
