Cell C doesnt care at all

After i logged a complaint with cell c on hello peter last week my problems have only escelated. so far cell c has done nothing but lie to me and passing the buck from department to depertment. so far my problems are that i have to pay double accounts on cell c and vodacom because cell c failed to deliver. they **** to us and said we would get R20000 each per contracct buyout which was for 2 contracts. My wife ended up only getting R6000 and i am still waiting for my money after a week and a half. this was only supposed to take 2 days. they messed up my contract an after a week had to redo it keep in mind running costs at vodacom. so in the end the running costs at vodaom, the 2 extra payments that i have to do at the end of the month the petrol for going to the shop more then 5 times the airtime and my time over the past 2 weeks is coming from my pocket. cell c said that they will not compinsate me for nothing that went wrong with the contracts. its all on me. i am too little for them to even acknowledge. head office said that i am the shops problem and the shop said that i am head offices problem. so in the end i am a problem to cell c. now thats how you treat a new client.
