Cell C doesn't care about its customers

I don't think cell c customers are important to it.... All I needed is a simswap, they asked me questions and I answered them all and truthfully. I think the best for them is to close cause even when I told a consultant that cell c shop is close in my town he kept on saying I should go to my nearest cell c shop... Maybe if I was a colored, white or Indian I would have been helped. I work with that number which was ******, so cell c is simply saying I must be given an end of contract.... They are heartless, they won't even support my kids.... I'm hurt, very hurt... I thought they are better, but they are worse... A friend of mine even changed his numbers last year because cell c don't care about any/everything
