Cell C doesn't care about customers...they will offer you a new contract 3 months before your current one ends just so that they don't lose their clients because they know how bad their service is.

I currently have 2 contacts with cell c I am considering canceling both of them...my data network is down 70% of my day and my one contact is currently down for just over a day if I didn't have wifi at home I would be disconnected almost all day...this is the worst service that I get for R750 a month
