Cell c doesn't care
I have been a cell c contract holder for about 6 years now. I have 2 contracts with them. I am also under debt review for about 4 years now. Upgrading has never been a problem and i have never missed or had a late payment. I due for a upgrade only to be informed by cell c that now due to my debt review i am not allowed to upgrade my phone. I am going to be canceling both of my contracts.

Unfortunately, we currently don't process upgrades for customers who are currently undergoing debt review.

Its a pitty that you dont support your loyal customers who has never missed 1 payment and has been with your network for almost 6 years now. If you cant stand by your clients you dont deserve them plain and simple
