cell c doesn't care
I've been waiting for Cell c to contact me after I sent the proof of payment to TNgomane and LNeuli on the 26/02/2018 I've never get any call from them rather they did receive the proof of payment or not they keep quit what they want now if they can't assist me they must tell me they owe me I paid them double on January.
