CELL C doesn't help stop IP hacking

on 14/10/2015 I received notification email from Gmail about an attempt<br> to access my account. The IP address was: 105.15.45.249<br> <br> I have done a search on Whois and Cell C came up. I then spoke to<br> Devesh and he's given me [Email Removed] to forward the details to get information.I am also a<br> Cell C client, but I have a different IP address. <br> <br> I immediately emailed the address. No one rep**** at all. I phoned his nr again and no one answered and I've not heard from Cell C at all. I want to know who this is?<br>
