CELL C DOESN'T DISCLOSE VALUABLE INFORMATION

So it was brought to my attention last night that on my 2G data contract with cell c I have an \open line"of which I was never notified about. This \""open line\"" is an extra R500. Had I been given all this information from the get go I would have made an informed decision to not have the open line.<br> <br> I am very upset right now because my bill is very high"
