Cell C doesn't care about existing customers

I am on a straight up contract and I have been due for an upgrade since May this year. Cell C has been promoting these epic deals which seems quite affordable until you you see the call charges are 1.89 per minute. the problem comes when you a person like me who makes calls allot and also use data. <br> <br> I understand that cell c is trying to grow their customer base but what about existing customers. <br> The straight up packages on a good phone on upgrades are exorbitantly high and they don't seem to bother on giving existing customers better deals and just so that you know I have been with Cell C for many years and what initially led me to you was the good deals.<br> I honestly feel that Cell C has lost it's plot and have become another Vodacom and MTN
