cell c doesn't care

Called retensions last week and spoke to Martha , who agreed to match altechs pricing of R199 pm for the samsung a3 so I can remain on cell c rather than not renewing mycontracts. I was promised a call back from Martha afternoon but none at all. I wasnt even given ref no. Then over the next 2 days tried tracking her via the call centre but frustrating to explain each time to different agent. After I logged the first complaint did she finally contact me, when I asked for her supervisor, she cut ghe call after making me wait. Its over a week yet still no feedback.
