Cell C does not want to cancell my contract

Good day<br> <br> I had a 2 years contract with Cell C which lapsed this year, a month before the 24 month period ended I called them requesting for the contract to be terminated as I am unhappy with their overall service, and I was told to pay a certain settlement fee which I did not take
