Cell C does not update my credit report

Can Cell C please Remove the following accounts from credit report as they are fully paid up:

Account No: ********** 58 Paid up 12 months ago Account No: ********** 17 Paid up is Sept 2018

I have called last year aboout the first account to be removed from my credit report but this was never done by Cell C. I pay all my accounts on time but I still have an average credit scoring because of these accounts.
