CELL C DOES NOT SUBMIT TO ITC FOR UPDATE
My husband paid off his cell c contract account august 2018 and cell C has not submitted for update at ITC to date. The consultant who handled my husband's complaint was shocked that the query was handled a year ago but has not been resolved by his colleague. This is such an INCONVENIENCE as we are busy APPLYING FOR A HOME LOAN.
