Cell C does not seem to pay SARS for their web-shop turnovers!

I am buying monthly 200GB data on Cell C's website for R1,999.00 and for every purchase I have requested a vat invoice. Although Cell C prompted on their website to email it and the correct email address was submitted, it never was received. I even queried it and emailed them a while back but even this was never rep**** to. What a bad service for one of the most expensive data prices in the world!
