Cell C does not respect signed contracts
Although you sign a 24 contact with a FIXED monthly charge Cell C states that they may at any given time increase that fixed monthly tariff. Apparently it is in the fine print terms and conditions! What is the point of signing a binding contract if Cell C reserves the right to increase their tariffs any time to any amount and you cannot get out of the contract because you signed!<br> <br> My existing contract increased with 22% (data) and 10% (talktime). This is no small increase and I cannot believe that Cell can invoke such high increases and expect us to honor their agreement!

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
