Cell C - Does not provide service that you pay for

I can not receive calls or SMS's for the last 4 days. I have spoken to client care 10 times. They have been unable to resolve the issue. I have been transferred 20 times to to the same department. A call has been logged, escalated and yet there is no end in sight.

Technical department does not exists
