Cell c does not know what is going on.

Did a new application on the 18 Feb 2023. The consultant se that we will receive a call back on 21 Feb and device will be delivered 2 days later. Never received the call. Applicants was only approved on 23 Feb. Its 1 March today, no one can tell me when the device will be delivered. Together with the contact deal we get a Tablet that needs to be claim. If we don't receive the device by 6 March we loose the deal on claiming the free tablet. No one can give feedback and every time we call to follow up, each one has a different story. On 20 Feb i called to follow up and was given a tracking number, which obviously belonged to some else. Om 22 March we received a call from Mpho confirming delivery address. But up to now the device is not out for delivery. ???
