CELL C DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE A QUARY

<p>I posted a quary on hello Peter regarding my wrong statements, and everytime they give me a credit, but the problem does not get resolved. I contacted Cell C and told them I am not making any payments untill my problem is solved. I received an sms from cell c stating that they are investigating, and I will receive an sms when the problem is resolved, instead I received an sms stating that my account is overdue and if dont make payment my service will be terminated, and they are charging me an exstra R70.00 for a returned debit, but I explained this to them, and the matter is still not resolved, but cell c does not care abount their problems that they have caused, they just whant money. Again I state I will not make any payment, untill my quary is resolved.</p>
