Cell C DOES NOT KEEP THEIR WORD

Cell C collected the faulty device but replaced it with a wrong device. I had the Mobicel Solo and Cell C replased it with a wrong device the Mobicel Cherry which is discontinued. I phoned 11 times to 084145 to get the problem sorted but every time you talk to some body else and every person makes a differint promise, I don't know what to do any more, as I still sit with the Mobicell Cherry, and it should be a Mobicell Solo
