Cell C does not keep their promise
A telemarketer phoned to offer me an internet ****le for R99-00 per month from cell C with the understanding that if I was not happy I could return it within a two week time frame. I am not happy and told them to collect it but this did not happen. Now a different person phones me each time from cell c and I have to start my story from scratch. Can't one manager deal with the problem until it is resolved. This has been going on since mid june.
