Cell C does not honour agreement

<p>Last year I got employment after being unemployed for a few months resulting in me running behind on my cell phone account. I kept Cell C in the loop the whole time.</p> <p>I therefore approached Cell C to arrange for a amendment to my contracts (6 of them) that would cover the arrear amounts owing as well as future instalments all bundled into one instalment monthly. This was done with the understanding that as long as I stick to the new agreement my phones will remain on and my Credit Record not negatively affected.</p> <p>New contracts were signed in December 2015 with the first instalment end January 2016. After I made my first instalment my nightmare began. My phones were disconnected almost daily with calls from the Collections Department demanding money. I referred them to the most recent contracts signed without any provail. The Contract signature from Cell C came with promises that it would be sorted out but nothing happened. I also contacted Customer Care on various occasions with promises that someone will contact me to assist to get this resolved, that also resulted into nothing.</p> <p>Unfortunately we have reached the stage were my only option left is to apply to the Courts for assistance. But with that said, me being a very unhappy puppy, I intend to make sure that my story is told with all the exposure the modern world has to over.</p> <p> </p>
