Cell C does not honor their own contractual agreements. PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY DATA CONTRACTS WITH THEM!!!!!!!

Please don't take any data contracts out with Cell C....They give you a contract for a certain amount for 6 or 12 months. After 3 months you get less data then what you agreed for. When you ask for the call recordings,they tell you to go to a cell c store to listen to it because they can't send it to you because they know that the call states the truth and if you had to hear the call they would be wrong. In the end they give you feedback that thye want to and when you request additional information they close the call and then when you want to follow-up, they tell you a new complaint needs to be opened. Mr Mendes the Ceo of Cell C clearly states on the website thay they want to treat customers fairly but this is not happening.

Clients are being ********** and they are not sticking to their original contractual conditions .

Nelisiwe has closed my call without providing me with the additional information that I requested such as the sales call or the calls that she made to me stating that I took a plan which I didn't yet she can't furnish me with calls I requested.

Rather take out contracts with Vodacom Telkom or MTN because Cell C has dropped the ball big time!!!!
