Cell C DOES NOT have the ability to solve issues
Still no proper form of recourse. This company CANNOT solve an issue. Customer care has no clue what’s going on.

06 Dec 2021, 14:29It is NOT resolved. I am still on the wrong data plan. They are still overbilling me. When I query this, I am told to reserve the debit with the bank, I do that, the bank charges me extra and Cell C imposes a penalty. I called twice NO ONE helps me anymore.
