cell c does not have answers my contracts with them just disappeared.

Thuly Thuly, [14.01.21 08:05] I have a contracts with cell c. around July they just stopped deducting, i went to savannah mall and was given a reference number i started making payments towards the account using the ref number and account number given by cell c, but to my surprise the money that i have been paying was not credited to my account. i went back to cell c when i got there i was told that they cant see my account, i was given a phone to call headoffice i spoke to a lady she told me that my account has been handed over, the lady gave me a contact number for the debt collecting company when i called that company doesn't have my account. this tele company is infuriating because i don't know what to do as I'm not getting the assistance that i need, on the other side my credit rating is going under because of this company.

2 weeks gone but still there are no full answers. Someone called with only half answers, the lady said she will call back 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. So with cell c you can complain all you like there is never an answer. The email that was given they don’t respond to it.
