Cell C does not fix anything

I called in to upgrade and chose the Galaxy S6 with wireless charger and 12gb of data. The upgrade was successful. The deal was a promotion. On the 5th of September I called CellC to check on the delivery status of my new handset. I was then told that they do not have the S6 on the package I chose, I opted for a different package but was told they again don't have stock. I was then forced to take the only package they did have for the S6edge. I was told that the promotion has ended and that I do not qualify for the wireless charger and 12gb data. I cancelled the upgrade as I feel I asked for the upgrade well within the dates the promotion was running. <br> A week later RAM couriers contacted me and still tried to deliver the handset to me even though I cancelled the upgrade. I have since spoken to 3 Cellc agents and the problem has not been solved. <br> Long time customer, long time disappointed.
