Cell C does not deliver on its promises.

I took out 4 contracts 2 years ago and have had issues ever since. I now get called regularly with them wanting to offer me an upgrade. This after I have stated I don't want to upgrade and do want to cancel and requesting they remove me from the teleprompter list. I'm STILL getting phone calls. Cancelled all contracts yesterday and was promised to get an e-mail confirmation. STILL NO E-MAIL! Cell C - your service is appalling. I cannot wait to be rid of you!

I was contacted by an agent who again promised to send me email with cancellation confirmation. THIS HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED! Today I got yet another SMS telling about all the upgrades I am eligible for. What part of CANCELLATION do you not understand?!?!?!?!?! I then called the 084143 number again only to discover that 2 out of 4 contracts have actually been cancelled. ARE YOU SERIOUS? What more do I have to do???? I don't want any upgrades and I do want confirmation of cancellation. Is this so hard to understand????

On the 11th of May, we requested one of our consultants to contact you and assist. The consultant contacted you and advised that a request to have your number removed from the sales department will be sent and you will receive confirmation of the cancellation.
