Cell C does not deliver on customer's requirements yet again!

Cell C can definitely create chaos with a simple upgrade. They split your contracts on their own accord without advising you, resulting in your account going into arrears as you are unaware of two accounts, They then place a call barring on your contracts. The send you statements in a format that is not readable which further hinders you paying the correct amount. Requested for the accounts to be amalgamated, still not done. Logged the query for resolution, Cell C promise 24 hour turnaround, 5 days later, no resolution. After being a loyal customer for more than 12 years, will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Highly annoyed with Cell C.
