Cell C does not deliver handset after upgrade online for over 2 weeks
I proceeded with an upgrade online on 15th of October and my handset has not been delivered yet, despite numerous emails, phone calls to customer care, and attempts to contact the courier company in charge of the delivery - they do not answer the phone. I request a cancellation of the contract with immediate effect by Cell C, with no penalties app****, as they cannot fulfill their mandate. I will then migrate to a better service provider. Do not use Cell C , they are *******.

The courier attempted delivery without making previous contact with me, and I was not home. I contacted then Cell C many times, including today, and was told to contact directly the courier company. Now the courier company tells me that the parcel is back to cellc! Tracking number CellC***6. What is next?
