Cell C does not communicate price increase
After owning a Cell C internet contract for two years and five months, we were suddenly billed R10 more. When querying the increase with Cell C, they quoted their contract that with notification (incl sms), they may increase their prices. I check my copy of the contract but the paragraph they quoted does not even exist. I do not mind the increase but two problems:

1. It was not communicated correctly or clearly to us
2. They cannot quote a contract that we do not have a copy of and add whatever clauses suit them

Cell C has now ignored my request to go to a manager to reimburse me for the two month of R10 that I was NOT informed of the price increase. I am demanding my R20 reimbur*****t and a new contract.
