Cell C does not care - they are disgusting

I am absolutely fed up. My father passed away in June and I called Cell c to cancel his contract. They made me send a death certificate and copy of passport which I did and they still have not cancelled it! I have sent them numerous emails and called them numerous times and still nothing - they just put you through to a million people until the call ends. This is absolutely pathetic. If they do not refund me for the past 7 months I am taking legal action!!!
