Cell C does not care Retiree or Not

I am beyond livid with Cell C's services. I called on January 13, 2025, to cancel my contract, which has been on a month-to-month basis since 2021. Despite my clear request, I was told that the account would only be cancelled on February 1, 2025, and that I would still be debited on that date — even though I no longer use their service.

After countless phone calls trying to resolve this, Cell C continued to debit my account without my consent. It is completely unacceptable for a company to disregard cancellation requests and continue taking money for a service that is no longer in use. This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and has shown a complete lack of respect for their customers.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against using Cell C.
