Cell c does not care about updating the credit bureau!

Cell C doesnt update the itc once youve paid up your account with them... I had 2 contracts,which were paid up last year in Feb and March, yet they still reflect as owing on experian. I called the ccustomer care, who put me through to the legal department and I held on for 24 minutes and then cut the call. The waiting period is too long, I cannot put my life on hold for such incompetence. Please update the credit bureau immediately.
