Cell C does not care about their clients, dont waste your money here go to a service provide that will consider your hard earned money and loyalty enough to appreciate you.

I have been cut off from my internet for more then a week now, Cell C is refusing to cooperate with me their loyal customer for over 4 years now, I have paid my monthly debit on time every month ever since I started my contract with Cell C never missing a payment I even upgraded when they asked me to, I only had a late payment once last month and with good reason, I was retrenched from work on the second semester last year and even though I struggled to make payment I always did, after asking for my retrenchment certificate Cell C is now refusing to help me, they have not even once attended to my case since I sent them my documents as requested and they have cut of my service without even a single warning because of a penalty fee for R69, mind you I paid my monthly fee as always, four years building a relationship with this company and they cant even sympathize with my situation well enough to call me and finalize this matter, they dont care that I am unemployed, they dont care that a still managed to pay them even though I am without a job, they dont care about my family, they dont care about my children, they dont care what happens in my life, let me tell you if you are looking for a good relationship with your service provide dont bother yourself with Cell C, this is exactly why they are losing money and you would think they will learn from their mistakes, there are plenty other ICT companies to chose from that will give their customers the deserved respect. At Cell C your wasting your time and money on a useless network.
