cell c does not care about its customers
I have been a having a problem with cell c for sometime now, regarding my contract which was upgraded **********ly by cell c. Now from august of 2014 i have been in a dispute with cell c over this case for 2 years now claiming my case to them, sending them proof via emails of my innocense that my contract was upgraded **********ly by an unkown persons, according to them they called me and spoke to me about upgrading my contract, meanwhile i have never spoken to any persons of cell c or gave any consert to authorise an upgrade of my contract to cell c, the persons they spoke with was not me. It was the wrong account holder, now last year around november i requested the call recording of the so called day, when i listened to it, its clear that the persons they spoke to was not me and most of the information, personal informations, the call centre agent was s**** feeding this guy. So please i need your help hello peter i have been pleading my case to cell c for 2 years and when ever they are conducting their investigations, i get no feed back from them, i only get the run-around from their call centres. I got proof of my innocence and the call recording is also there as proof.

Dear Cell C, on February this year you promised me I will be helped by your company to resolve my issue with you guys nd you will clear me from debt review, well up till now u guys have still not helped me nd I'm still under debt review because of you guys blunder nd mistake nd now I'm paying for it.. So u like to state u keep yo promises, Bt in my case, I'm still having problems with you nd again, making me say, Cell C doesn't care about it customers..
